LUMii® Compacta Tima 18/12 600w Ballast
The LUMii® Compacta Tima 18/12 600w Ballast is the first magnetic power pack with built in digital timer. It has 3 settings; a vegetative growth setting (18 hours on, 6 hours off), a flower setting (12 hours on, 12 hours off) and permanently on, which bypasses the timer.
All LUMii® Compacta Tima units have digital ignition that is timed and intelligently monitors your lamp. It will not ignite old lamps that have a danger of overloading. This ballast runs high pressure sodium and metal halide lamps. LUMii® True Power means that your 600w lamp gives a true 600w of power. Some inferior ballasts use less internal winding, deliver less power and therefore less lamp output.
The LUMii® Compacta Tima is cool and silent running. It has the most windings on the market, although this costs more to produce, it means the unit will run cooler and more efficiently offering a high power factor (pF).
It is wall mountable and supplied with anti-acoustic resonance feet.

The LUMii MAXii comes as a complete reflector for use with HID lamps (HPS and MH) with a 4 metre IEC cord set, and is also supplied with robust hanging hooks. To use this reflector with a CFL you need to purchase the an additional LUMii HID to CFL Converter Set which contains a short additional cord set to convert the supplied IEC to a conventional UK 3 pin plug. This also comes with an innovative support device to assist with the additional weight of a CFL lamp.
This highly polished lightweight reflector does require some minor self-assembly which involves 4 nuts and bolts and 2-3 minutes. A well designed reflector and a fantastic price!
